Registration & Login

You will receive a start e-mail for the dbonApp from digibon Datentechnik GmbH. In this e-mail you will find a link. Please click on this link and set your password. You can then log in to the dbonApp with your e-mail address or user name and the password you have chosen.

If you have not received a start e-mail, please check your spam folder first. If there is no email there either, please contact your HR department. Your e-mail address may have been entered incorrectly or you may not (yet) have been activated for the dbonApp. In any case, you cannot register for the app yourself - your employer will do this for you.

Please contact your HR department. They can check which e-mail address you were registered with.

If you do not have an e-mail address, you will receive the access data directly from the HR department.

It is possible that your user account has not (yet) been activated. In this case, please contact your HR department.

If you don't use a smartphone, you can also easily submit your vouchers via our customer portal.

On the login page of the dbonApp, you can select the "Forgot your password?" option. Enter your registered e-mail address there - you will then receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password.

Note:
If you do not log in with an e-mail address but with a user name, please contact your HR department. They can reset your password for you.

You can set a new password in the app under the menu item "Change password".

Important notes on submitting vouchers

No. Handwritten receipts will not be accepted.

No. For tax reasons, the use of the dbonApp for lunch vouchers is not permitted if you receive daily allowances for your business trip.
If in doubt, please clarify directly with your employer whether the use is permitted in your case.

This depends on whether your employer has restricted meal times.
You can find your personal meal times in the app under: "My dbonApp" → What are my meal times?

00:00 - 00:00 means: No redemption is possible on this day.

Payment is made by your employer in the following month together with your salary - directly to your account.

In principle, yes. It is also possible to use the dbonApp when working from home.
However, it is advisable to clarify this with your employer in advance, as there may be internal agreements that you need to observe.

No. These do not count as invoice receipts, as the items consumed are not visible on them.
Therefore, please always request a receipt with a detailed list of items.

The examination takes place on working days (Monday to Friday). Documents that you submit at the weekend will be processed on the next working day. As a rule, the check takes 2-3 working days.
In the event of longer delays: Please contact support@digibon.at.

Please keep the receipt until it is displayed as accepted in the app, as indicated by the green tick.

For example: If the photo is blurred and the receipt could not be read correctly, you may have to resubmit it.

In this case, the receipt can no longer be recorded or reimbursed. It is therefore important to keep every receipt until it has reached the status "valid" (green tick) in the app.

In principle, the employer is responsible for compliance with tax regulations and is liable for any taxes or additional claims. However, as part of the user agreement, the employee undertakes to comply with the terms of use. The employee can be held liable in the event of misuse.

Receipts are stored for 7 years in accordance with Austrian legislation.

Individual receipt or collective receipt

A single receipt exists if the receipt is not split between several people.
This means that even if there are several meals on the receipt, the receipt is only submitted by one person and is not split between several employees.

Example:
You went to a restaurant for lunch and asked for a separate bill. This bill only shows your own lunch. You submit this receipt via the dbonApp as an individual receipt.

A collective receipt is when you have eaten out together with colleagues or ordered together from a delivery service - and you have received a joint total invoice. However, each person wants to submit their share individually via the dbonApp.

Important:
As the dbonApp carries out a duplicate check, the same receipt cannot be submitted multiple times by different employees.

A receipt from the weekend or with a time outside this window (e.g. 09:45 or 15:30) is not valid and may be rejected.
