Help Homepage

On the homepage you will find all the information about the current month at a glance.

At the top you will see a summary of the vouchers submitted for the current month.
The number of valid vouchers is shown under the green tick, the number of invalid vouchers under the red cross and the number of vouchers that have not yet been checked under the orange hourglass. For more details, click on one of these symbols and you will be taken to the voucher overview.
If you want to view vouchers from previous months, click on the month name at the top and then select the desired month and year.

Reimbursement: Here you can see the current reimbursement amount or the number of your valid vouchers.
Vouchers under review or invalid vouchers are not included in this amount or number.

Credit balance or number of vouchers: Your currently available credit balance or the number of vouchers still available is displayed here.

Voucher: Click on this symbol to submit a new voucher - either as an individual voucher or to start a collective voucher.

Key: Click on this symbol if you want to attach yourself to an existing collective receipt.
